On May 2nd, 2005 ARaymond Brazil received from its customer Delphi the prize "Quality Focus Supplier - QFS 2004" for implementing the project: "Improvement of the Rejection Rate of the manufacturing process for cable strap 153 27 908".
By doing this, ARaymond Brazil was able to reduce its PPM from 7126 to 29.
This is a clear evidence of how motivated people can generate expressive results.
