ARaymond India* has been honored during the 56th Annual Session and Conference of ACMA (Automotive Component Manufacturers Association) for their Excellence in HR and Exports process. “We have been recognized in front of all our customers, the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), and most of the peer groups who are part of ACMA as well, so more than 1000 companies, which is a really proud moment for us.” declared Manish Padharia, the Managing Director of ARaymond India. The award was received from the hand of Mr Anant Geete, Minister of Heavy Industries in India. The benchmarking journey for ARaymond, came through a long committed process.
Innovation as a capital
This is the second year that ARaymond India got the distinction from ACMA, to reward its milestone achievement in automotive industry in terms of production of plastic molding, metal production, and quick connectors. For the year of 2015-2016, the company received the Silver trophy in the large scale category, amongst companies from 1 to 5 billion as turnovers. ACMA jury's was invited to witness the complete process from the production stage to the sales, with longer time accorded to the office and sales workers. According to Manish Padharia and Amogh Soman, the HR Manager of ARaymond India, the key of success consisted on “The engagement of our employees”, a prerequisite for innovating and overtaking the highest competitive market of India.
Expanding the Indian market
Today, the company's production is mostly based on Research & Development to bring the most valuable solutions to their Indian and foreign customers. “Our team has been trained by our global PCP (Pre-Commercial Procurement) training coordinator. Our aim is to make everybody to contribute to our project by a complete empowerment. Engagement through the process.” said Manish Padharia.
